Update b1.2.0
Tactician Class for Shadowdark RPG » Devlog

Hello! After some real-world testing at the table and some helpful online feedback, I've once again updated the Tactician. This time to beta 1.2.0.
Changelog:
- Removed "Leadership Style". This didn't make much sense, as any Tactician is likely to use the higher attribute between CHA or INT anyway. I've modified this to "Leadership," which just provides training in certain areas like other Shadowdark classes (e.g. Bard and Thief). Take Command now states that you can use CHA or INT with it.
- Removed "Seize the Initiative". As much as I love the name, getting a slight bonus to initiative rolls just isn't that exciting (and I use zipper initiative at my tables anyway).
- Added "Chain of Command", which grants level / 2 (rounded down) free uses of Take Command per day. Ensures that Take Command is always getting a little better no matter what talents you roll. Replaces "Seize the Initiative".
- Made the "Commander's Standard" magic item effect standard for Take Command. Nat 20s now let you deliver a free order to anyone. It felt fun and natural at the table to have something extra happen on a crit.
- No longer lose a specific order if you fail to deliver it. This should enable Tacticians to roll, evaluate what their order options are for that turn, and then deliver the order.
- "Badge of the Brass Sheriff": Removed mention of leadership style. Now specifies that the deputy can't use Take Command on the Tactician.
- "Commander's Standard": Changed magic item benefit to make crits on Take Command also double the order's magnitude. Meant to echo how spell crits work.
